How do I order?
You can make an appointment with us to see our full collection. If not, you can check our designs on the site or our blog. If you like one of the existing designs, you can request a quote for your order or set up a meeting to create your own designs. All of our invitations are fully customized.

How many sets should I order?
We don't take wedding invitation orders under 100 quantities. Usually you should give a buffer of invitation numbers just in case you have last-minute guests. We would recommend about 10% extra of your desired quantity.

What is a flat sample?
A flat sample is a real invitation we create based on the final approved design. We know seeing the design on screen is not the same with seeing it in real life. The flat sample is NOT your final invitation. The sample only helps the clients to imagine how the paper and colours look like together once it's all assembled. The flat sample does not reflect the real quality of your final invitations will be. The first sample is included in your order. If you wish to make changes and to see more of flat samples, an additional $50 CAD per piece will be charged.

Do you do something else beside wedding invitations?
Yes, we do birthday invitation cards, bridal shower invitations, corporate events, etc.

How long does it take for the process?
Since all of our invitations are customizable and handmade, we require approximately 6 months before the wedding date for the couple to come and discuss the design possibilities with us. Once the design is final, please allow 4-5 weeks of production time, depending the order quantity.
Please note the timing can be affected by few factors, such as the extent of your revisions, how quickly you respond to give us feedback, etc.

When should I send invitations to my guests?
This all depends on the culture of both of your families. Some culture requires 2 months prior to the wedding date. Usually 5-6 weeks prior to the wedding date is good enough.

What if I need my invitations soon?
We do take rush orders, but there will be an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss more of your options.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do take international orders. We can set up a meeting to gather all the information via phone. We will e-mail all the approvals and we will mail the flat sample once everything is finalized. International orders will be shipped by, FedEx International Priority (2-3 business days) or FedEx International Economy (5-6 business days). Please note all international clients are responsible for all shipping fees, any customs, import duties and taxes.

How much do the invitations cost?
All of our invitations are customized. The prices will be varying depending on the complexity of your designs, paper of choice, and the quantity of your order. If you have a budget in mind, please mention it and we will happily work within your budget to create your dream invitation.

What are your payment terms?
Once you decide to go with us, a non-refundable deposit of $300 CAD will be required. This deposit is deductible from your total order. The remaining balance is payable a week before delivery minus your $300 CAD deposit.

What are your payment methods?
We accept PayPal, cash or personal cheques.

What is your cancellation and return policy?
If you decide to cancel before the production, we will retain the $300 CAD deposit. If you decide to cancel after your order has been placed for the production, we retain the 100% of the total amount. Any mistakes found on the final invitations are clients' responsibilities. That is why it is very important to double-check on your final proof. If you require to reprint, we have to re-quote from the start.
