About the Process

  1. First Meeting

    We would like to meet you in person to show our wide range of collections. If meeting in person is not possible, you can check our designs from our site or blog. Meeting in person gives you a lot of advantages. You can truly see the quality and the beauty of the invitations in person.
    This meeting also helps us to know you better in order to create a design that truly speaks about you. You may decide to go with us or you need more time to think about it. All of our invitations are handmade; it is the best to decide about 6 months before your wedding date.

  2. Second Meeting

    Once you decided to go with us, we would need a $300 CAD deposit to sign the contract and begin the design process. This amount is deductible from the total amount of your invitations. In this meeting we would like to gather all the information about your wedding day. From colour theme, style, to the special elements you would like to see on your invitation.

  3. Design

    This is the most exciting part! We will present two versions of design via e-mail based on all the information that you provided. If you have a budget in mind, the proposal designs will stay within your budget as well. The proposals are e-mailed to you in PDF format. You can give feedbacks or make changes to the designs. We will include three rounds of revisions with your order; additional revisions are $35 CAD per proof.

  4. Final Proof and Approval

    Once you are happy with the final result, we will create a flat sample of the invitation. This means you will get to see how your invitation set will look like on real paper instead of on the screen. This first flat sample is also included in your order. If you wish to make changes from the flat sample, additional samples are $50 CAD per set (if required). Once you approve the final flat sample, your order will be sent to the production. We can't be responsible for any future changes. It is very important at this stage to proofread your flat sample.

  5. Production

    Once the flat sample is finalized, we will send your order to production. No changes can be done beyond this point. Please allow 4-5 weeks for the production.

  6. Pick-up/Delivery

    After your invitations are ready, we will contact you and arrange a pick-up/delivery. The final balance, minus the $300 CAD deposit, will be required a week before delivery. You and your guests can now enjoy the beautiful invitations that are uniquely, unquestionably yours!
